HOW Do I subscribe?
Select a plan that works best for you; month to month or prepaid bundled subscription. Create an account and then wait for your zoom box to arrive each month.
HOW MUCH DOES A SUBSCRIPTION COST?
A month to month subscription is $25 per month. You can cancel anytime!
We also offer prepaid bundled subscription plans. The longer you subscribe for, the more you save! Check out our subscription plans here!
WHAT TYPES OF Products Might be Featured?
Each month you’ll receive 4-6 full size items ranging from crafts, toys, games, accessories (like sunglasses and hats), and much more.
WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?
For monthly subscribers your credit card is charged the day you sign up and on the 5th of every month after that. Note: If you sign up between the 1st- 4th of the month your card will not be charged again on the 5th but will start the 5th of the next month.
Bundled subscriptions are prepaid and your credit card is charged the day you sign up. Your bundled subscription will auto renew at the completion of your chosen plan.
HOW DO I UPDATE MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION ON FILE?
Just log into your account, select "edit" under Credit Cards, and update your card information.SCHEDULING
HOW OFTEN WILL I RECEIVE a Zoom Kid Box?
You will receive a new box every month. Your box will ship between the 25th and 28th of each month! You will receive a tracking number once your package ships.
CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Yes! Monthly subscriptions can be canceled anytime by logging into your Zoom account. Please note that if you cancel your subscription after the 4th of the month you will still receive one more Zoom Kid Box (that you have already paid for).
Bundled subscriptions are prepaid and cannot be canceled. Your bundled subscription will auto renew upon the completion of your prepaid plan. You may cancel your auto renewal prior to the completion of your current plan.SHIPPING
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY BOx TO ARRIVE?
Boxes ship between the 25th – 28th of each month. Please allow 7-10 business days for your box to arrive.
CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
Yes, all packages will ship USPS and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as they ship.
HOW CAN I UPDATE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
Log in to your account to update your information. Please be sure to update your shipping address before the 18th of the month to ensure your box is shipped to the correct address.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We ship to all 50 states. We are not currently shipping internationally.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
We charge a flat rate shipping cost of $2.99
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Can I Return or EXCHANGE The Products i Receive in my Monthly Box ?
We are not able to accept returns or exchanges of monthly box products.
WHAT IF MY ProductS ARRIVED DAMAGED?

Yes! We think a subscription for the Zoom Kid Box is the perfect gift for any little boy! We offer 4 different options for gift subscriptions. Check out our gift subscriptions here . Gift subscriptions do not auto renew and are considered a one time purchase. The gift recipients shipping address is collected at check out. Gift subscriptions auto ship for the duration of the chosen plan.
